Donation Requests

Delta Hotels and Resorts receives numerous donation requests on a daily basis.

Due to the large volume of requests, we are unable to fund all applications that meet our guidelines.

Our corporate office gives priority to requests of a national or regional scope from organizations aligned with Delta’s community outreach initiatives. If your organization is located in a community in which a Delta hotel or resort is located, please contact the property directly

In order to effectively and fairly fund projects that are strategically aligned with Delta’s community initiatives, our charitable contributions are generally not directed to the following:

• Political causes, organizations or events
• Religious organizations, programs or events, unless activities benefit the entire community
• Private schools, public schools, pre-schools, daycare facilities
• Sporting events and teams including sponsorships of individual athletes
• Conferences or tours
• Organizations requesting funds for general operating costs
• Trips and travel
• Individuals

Requests are evaluated on a discretionary basis and may take up to 15 days to review. Any submissions without a completed donation request form will not be reviewed. Please submit requests at least 6-8 weeks prior to your program or event. All requests will receive a written response within 30 days of submission.
